Orders and Shipping

Orders and payments:
Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within some business days. You will receive your order confirmation by e-mail. Truth Dealer accepts VISA, MasterCard, JBC, Maestro, PayPal.

Shipping and returns:
We do not offer free standard shipping on orders over 100 euros. Shipping is automatically calculated when you process to checkout.
Truth Dealer is not responsible for customs duties, delays in shipping due to natural or uncontrollable or real or unreal events. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. Please check with your country’s customs office prior to ordering.
You may return any product within 2 days of reception under the condition that the package has not been opened and that the object has not been examined in any kind of way. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
We do not refund any product or service.
